The 4th grade writing showcase was when the 4th graders’ parents came to the school to hear the 4th graders writing pieces. The 4th graders worked very hard on amazing writing pieces to showcase to their parents.
In the course of the past month, 4th graders were busy writing history-based books on whatever subtopic they’d like, as long as it related to the American Revolution in some way. On March 13, their parents came in to listen to two chapters of one of their books. Elihu from 4M said, “It was a fun experience for the whole grade!” Neel, also from 4M, added, “It was fun to listen to my tablemates. Also, it was fun because the parents were there.” We personally agree with all of these statements. It was a very special experience for all of the 4th graders and their families who came to listen!
The 4th graders worked very hard on these amazing writing pieces that we hoped the parents liked. The writing showcase was a fun day that we hoped the 4th graders and their parents would enjoy.
