The 5th graders all across Pelham are taking a trip to Hutchinson school to meet. This is a new but exciting trip. The students will be divided into groups and the groups will be all of the elementary schools mixed together.
In the groups, students will do activities to try to get to know people from the other schools. This is all in preparation for middle school – where all the 5th grade kids will likely be going. Madeline Sachs from 5P says “I find it nice that kids from different schools get to come together and make new friends.”
