Pelham Travel Baseball Tryouts Begin

The Pelham travel baseball tryouts have begun! The players focused on hitting, running, and fielding skills.

The coaches were very nice but never made it too easy on the players. They they were always challenging the players. Tryouts began with a warm up then some fielding practice. The coaches were hitting ground balls to the players. The more ground balls everyone did the faster and harder the ground balls would get.

All of the players trying out were very supportive of one another. They  would cheer on one another and helped when others were down. For example,  when one player threw a fast ball and another player said “That was a laser.” 

 Overall, there were some pretty amazing baseball players there and we can’t wait for the season to begin!
